Instruction for Downloading Audio Files
With your order you will receive an email with a download link for a Compressed Zip file. The download file is a compressed Zip file that contains 4 audio files.

From your computer, click the link in the email to download the Zip file to your computer first.

Do not try to download to a mobile device directly.
Once you have the Zip file downloaded to your computer, you will need to extract the contents of the file.

If you do not know how to extract files from a zip file, you can google how to extract a zip files on Mac or PC depending on what type of computer you have. Typically double-clicking the zip file will automatically initiate the extraction process

Go to the location where you extracted the 4 audio files. You can double-click on the MP3 audio files to begin playing them from your computer.

If you want to listen to them on a mobile device, you can manually connect your device to your computer and copy the files to your device per your manufacturers upload instructions.
