Explained: The Feminine Perspective to Myofascial Release

The Feminine Perspective is about listening and allowing. It is not about doing the technique exactly but about applying the technique principles and modifying them according to the patient’s body and their response to the applied technique. The feminine perspective follows the principle to initiate a technique and then lets go of any agenda about doing it a certain way. It’s not about doing a technique perfectly as taught but rather applying a technique to suit your patient & their tissue. There is no right or wrong way. Listen for how to initiate, then initiate while continuing to listen for how to adjust and then readjust.

In a recent seminar, I talk all about the Feminine Perspective to MFR and how it applies to your practice.
