This product is for making a Deposit on your customized "Weekend of Wellness” Myofascial Release Retreat (WOW!). The standard program is $2495

You can pick any 2.5 days as your ‘weekend’.

Schedule: You will receive 2 x 2 hour myofascial release sessions/day over 2 days & 1 x 2 hour session on the extra 1/2 day with 1 session being an alternative healing session of choice depending on your personal situation. In addition we maximize the power of 2 therapists during 1 of these hours to truly enhance the total experience.

Where: West Sedona, AZ in my lovely treatment casita under the direct influence of the powerful yet gentle energy of Thunder Mountain. This is near the corner of 89A and Dry Creek Rd.

Lodging: You are required to organize your own lodging.

There are many options in Sedona. It works to stay anywhere in the Sedona area however the meeting place is at 160 Roadrunner Drive at the west end of West Sedona and therefore it may be most convenient to reside on the west side of Sedona. Your Weekend of Wellness will include sessions by Lori and her expert team of quality practitioners according to your situation, intentions & pacing and will include home program instructions so you can feel empowered to continue your wellness back home.
